10 CAMP POS is an internal staff application for 10 CAMP (camping & outdoor retail). It is a point-of-sale and back-office tool used by authorised staff only. It is not intended for the general public.
1. Who we are
This app is operated by 10 CAMP ("we", "us"). For any privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
The app is used by our staff to run daily retail operations. Through normal use, the following information may be collected and stored:
- Staff account data — name, role, and a login identifier (PIN or email) used to sign in and to attribute sales and staff commission.
- Customer details entered by staff during a sale — name, phone number, and (optionally) email address, used to create the order and to send a receipt on request.
- Transaction & inventory data — items sold, prices, quantities, payment method, stock counts, returns/refunds.
- Payment proof images — photos of payment receipts that staff upload against an order.
The app does not include advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not collect device location, contacts, or microphone/camera data beyond images a staff member chooses to upload.
3. How we use this information
- To process sales and generate receipts.
- To manage inventory, orders, returns and refunds.
- To calculate staff commission and operational reporting.
- To keep the business records required for accounting and tax.
4. Storage & security
Data is stored securely in our cloud database and file storage (Supabase). All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access is restricted to authorised staff via login and role-based permissions.
5. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers and platforms necessary to run the business:
- Supabase — secure database and file storage hosting.
- Marketplace platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop) — order, stock and pricing data is synced with the shop's own seller accounts to fulfil online orders.
- Email delivery (Resend) — only when a staff member sends a receipt to a customer's email.
6. Data retention
Business and transaction records are retained for as long as needed for operational and legal/accounting requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected]; we will action reasonable requests subject to our record-keeping obligations.
7. Children
This app is a staff tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page.
